What is your warranty policy?
  • Awakened Elements guarantees the quality of our jewelry for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date.
  • This is limited to normal wear and usage.
  • Awakened Elements reserves the right to determine normal wear and normal usage.
How do I care for my Awakened Elements jewelry?
  • All Awakened Elements items are shipped in a custom protective pouch along with a jewelry care instruction card.
  • To keep your jewelry in the best condition, we recommend you store your jewelry in these pouches.
How do I care for my Awakened Elements linens?

How can I have my Awakened Elements jewelry repaired?
  • Please e-mail us with a photo and explanation of damage so we can assess and get back to you.
  • Please fill out our repair form and be as detailed as possible.
  • After you fill out the form, print a copy and include it with your repair. 
  • Please package jewelry securely in a hard box, make sure signature required is marked, and send via a trackable and insured delivery service to the address listed on the form.
  • We are not responsible for any packages that are not shipped via the above methods.
  • We will call or e-mail you to discuss and collect payment for repairs once they have been determined.
  • After hearing back from you, our goal is to ship simple repairs within 4 weeks and more complex repairs in 8 weeks.
  • If you choose not to move forward with your repair, there will be a $10 charge to ship your jewelry back to you.  
  • We will not be held responsible for any repairs left over 60 days.
How do I find out my repair status?
  • Please e-mail us and we will update you within three business days with the status of your repair.
